1. Virtual currency only
CrownPlay Arena ("the service") is a play-money social gaming platform. All chips, coins, gems, and rewards have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and cannot be transferred outside the service. Nothing on the platform constitutes gambling under the meaning of any applicable jurisdiction.
2. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for the security of your password; we will never ask you for it.
3. Fair play
Use of bots, automation, or any technique to gain an unfair advantage at the tables is grounds for account suspension. Collusion between seats in poker is grounds for permanent ban. Every shuffle is cryptographically verifiable — see /provably-fair.
4. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your own account by emailing support; we will purge personal data within 30 days of confirmation, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the games are bug-free, that the service is available 24/7, or that virtual currency balances are protected against loss in the event of a catastrophic data event.
6. Dispute resolution
Any disputes are subject to good-faith negotiation throughsupport. Class actions are not permitted. The governing law is to be specified in the lawyer-reviewed version.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification.
